Return goods must be unused and in condition suitable for resale in their original packaging. If you want to return an item please contact RubberDuckRace.co.uk within 14 days of purchase for a returns number. We make no charge for returns and there is no restocking fee.
We will refund your payment within 10 working days of receiving your returned goods. If the original payment was via PayPal we will credit the PayPal account that the order was placed with.
Unfortunately if the products we supply are unsuitable for your needs and you wish to return them, you will need to pay the postage costs to return it to us. We recommend you use recorded delivery or registered post to return items so as to cover yourself against any loss. If products are lost in the post on return to us then RubberDuckRace.co.uk can not accept any liability for this loss. Therefore you should insure your products against any potential loss.
