This is how we deliver to you!
RubberDuckRace uses an economy dispatch service for all of our bulk purchase orders (orders of over 100 Ducks). Economy Despatch costs from £9.99 and features delivery between two to three days. For large orders delivery costs increase substantially, for example 1000 ducks cost roughly £45 to ship.
For smaller orders (under 100 ducks) then delivery will be sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery, charged at £5.99. If you are ordering a sample duck, then delivery is charged at £1.99 and is send via Royal Mail recorded delivery.
The majority of our orders are processed within 1 Working Day of your order, however occasionally delays can occur. In the case of this we will immediately inform you of this via email.
If you are in a hurry and want to ensure that we have stock of the product, prior to purchasing, please contact us via phone or email, where we can discuss your requirements and confirm and allocate stock in advance for you and we can also find costs for priority dispatch. For example, it's Friday afternoon and you are running a duck race on Bank Holiday Monday and need ducks urgently? Drop us a note and we'll try to find a solution for you as we want your duck race to go as planned.
Please note, prices quoted are delivery to UK mainland, and are subject to change dependant on courier charges. At the moment we do not ship outside of the UK but if you have unique requirements we'd be happy to discuss those with you.
